PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device which performs precise lighting control and color matching at a high degree of freedom, and an illumination apparatus. ! SOLUTION: A drive device 1 is configured to change brightness and a color of light by driving a DC light-emitting load 2 on the basis of a lighting control signal inputted from the outside.
