PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reference waveform in which, irrespective of a slew rate of a waveform to be measured, distortion in the vicinity of a settling voltage is constant, and which has the same slew rate. ! SOLUTION: A reference waveform generation circuit includes: a clamp circuit 100 for cutting off a waveform having a potential exceeding a threshold prescribed as a voltage lower than the final convergent voltage of a waveform to be measured; and a waveform switching portion 110 for receiving inputs of an output waveform from the clamp circuit 100 and of a direct current having a potential of the final convergent voltage. The waveform switching portion 110 outputs a response for the waveform to be measured during a period in which the waveform to be measured from the clamp circuit 100 is inputted, and outputs a response for a direct current having a potential of the final convergent voltage and generates a reference waveform when the waveform to be measured is cut off by the clamp circuit |
