According to one embodiment of the present invention, a carrier transfer system comprises: a carrier where a receiving unit receiving a signal from a satellite is installed and having a space receiving a sample therein; a pneumatic tube having a passage therein to enable the carrier to be moved; a pair of air lines installed in both ends of the pneumatic tube to supply an air; and a control unit receiving the signal from the receiving unit and calculating a position and speed of the carrier an comparing the predetermined reference speed with the speed of the carrier to transmit the operation signal to each air line.
