<p>Disclosed is a buffer circuit for compensating a mismatch of on-die termination resistances, a semiconductor device, and an operating method of the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes resistances for providing a termination resistance to a signal transmission path, wherein the resistances include: a driver circuit having at least two types of resistances; a dummy circuit electrically connected to the driver circuit to compensate a mismatch between at least two types of resistances; and a control unit for controlling the dummy circuit based on a result of the detected mismatch between the resistances.</p> |
