PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work device for elevated type cultivation, which can be integrated in a movable cultivation system having closed-loop structure.SOLUTION: A work device 3 for elevated type cultivation according to the present invention comprises: carriage guide rails 6 installed together with a transfer conveyor 40A which conveys a plurality of cultivation benches 10 for cultivating fruit, vegetables, and the like; and a conveyance carriage 5 mounting a work machine 4 which is arranged at upper side of the bench 10 to work. End parts of the carriage guide rails 6 are arranged at outer side than an end part of the front side transfer conveyer 40A, configuring a carriage standby part 7 for the conveyance carriage 5 on standby. The conveyance carriage 5 on the carriage guide rails 6 is moved on a lateral side of the cultivation bench 10 in a sliding manner, so that the work machine 4 slides right above the cultivation bench 10. |
