<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device which simplifies temperature correction processing and allows correction accuracy to be increased.SOLUTION: The optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device is configured to use an optical fiber as a sensor and utilize Raman backscattered light to measure a temperature distribution along the optical fiber. In the optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device, actual temperatures measured at two different positions La and Lb on the optical fiber by a thermometer and measured temperatures measured by the optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device are used to obtain a loss correction value Loss based on formula Loss=((1/Ta-1/Tb)-(1/Ta'-1/Tb'))/A where Ta is the actual temperature at the position Ta measured by the thermometer, Tb is the actual temperature at the position Tb measured by the thermometer, Ta' is the measured temperature measured at the position La by the optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device, Tb' is the measured temperature measured at the position Lb by the optical fiber temperature distribution measurement device, and A is a coefficient.</p> |
