PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of controlling a display mode of a scene list with respect to a non-viewed or non-reproduced program, a scene list processing method and an information recording medium. ! SOLUTION: A scene list of a certain program is acquired from a server. The scene list includes a plurality of items. Each of the items includes each scene position time point indicating each scene position in the certain program and each scene comment. Regarding a recorded program, a program lapse time point indicating at least a position that reproduction of the recorded program passes is stored in a data storage part. If there is the recorded program with the same contents as the certain program, a mask processing part compares each scene position time point with the program lapse time point and executes processing for masking a scene comment corresponding to a scene position time point after the program lapse time point. !
