PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering system that does not require to hand over a take-out product without issuing a take-out label to the take-out product, and can facilitate a follow-up check even when a problem occurs in the handed-over product. ! SOLUTION: An ordering system 1 receiving an order of a product desired by a customer, comprises: selection means (touch panel 127) for selecting the product ordered by the customer; declaration means (take-out buttons p1-p6 displayed in the touch panel 127) for declaring that the product selected by the selection means is a take-out product; label issue means (label printer 50) for issuing a take-out label 250 of the take-out product declared by the declaration means; and storage means (hard disc 109 and the like of a management device 10) for storing an issue history of the take-out label 250 issued by the label issue means.
