PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for determining whether or not a user can participate in more than one kinds of supply and demand adjustment event, when there are more than one kinds of supply and demand adjustment event.SOLUTION: A supply and demand adjustment server includes an adjustment capability aggregation unit for aggregating the power supply and demand facilities that can correspond with the supply and demand event and the supply and demand adjustment capability thereof, for a plurality of supply and demand events, based on the information about the supply and demand events and the operational plan of the power supply and demand facilities, and a determination unit for determining whether or not the supply and demand events, that can be performed in combination, can be combined based the supply and demand adjustment capability of the facility for each supply and demand event. |
