PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the input of ID information, code information, etc. from an IC card, etc. to a portable terminal without performing a complicated operation, etc. ! SOLUTION: A portable terminal stand includes: a front face plate 1 constituted by a flat plate having a through-hole part 2; a rear face plate 3 constituted by a flat plate arranged nearly in parallel with the front face plate 1; and a base part 4 for vertically holding the front face plate 1 and the rear face plate 3 with respect to a placement surface. A plate-like body 7 where a notched part 8 having a width a little larger than that of an IC card 6 is arranged on the upper side is bonded at a predetermined position on the front side of the rear face plate 3. An interval between the front face plate 1 and the rear face plate 3 is equal to or larger than the maximum combined thickness of a smart phone 5 and the plate-like body 7 in the portable terminal stand. !
