PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable structure for connecting a flexible flat cable and a twisted wire. ! SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a wire connection structure 1 includes a flat part forming step, an element wire fixing step, and a connection step. The flat part forming step forms a flat part 23 by crushing a conductor 5 of a twisted wire 3 in a radial direction of the twisted wire. The element wire fixing step mutually fixes element wires of the conductor 5 constituting the flat part 23. The connection step forms a connection part 12 by superposing the flat part 23 on a flat conductor 7 of a flexible flat cable 2 in a thickness direction, and welding them. !
