FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an instant tea beverage composition, in particular, to obtainment of instant tea beverage by way of preparation using water as well as to a method for the composition production and usage. The composition essentially contains no sucrose and is in the form of a granulate and/or agglomerate; the composition contains (a) a combination of isomaltulose with at least one sugar other than sucrose and/or with at least one sugar substitute as a granulate- and/or agglomerate-forming element and (b) at least one flavouring and/or taste substance.EFFECT: invention allows to obtain non-cariogenic, reduced caloric content products with excellent organoleptic properties, optimal sweetness, high mechanical stability during storage, improved solubility and flowability, improved capacity for capturing or absorption of flavouring or taste components.12 cl, 2 ex |
