FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulded one-piece frame for vehicle body reinforcement and to its production. Airframe reinforcement frame comprises several airframe moulded frame elements with groves on side facing the fuselage for frame to fit in. Every frame element has flange facing the fuselage. Note here that said flange extends in the groove area to follow its outline. Note here that every frame element is moulded from polymer composite reinforced with fibre. Said grooves are composed by integral recess of every frame element. Every frame element is composed of interlaced fibres or fibre bundles and polymer matrix. At production of frame element, fibres or fibre bundles are laid with geometrical closure at the core provided with concavities complying with grooves to make said integral recess.EFFECT: decreased weight, high mechanical strength.14 cl, 11 dwg |
