FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: casing is fitted with loading and unloading ports and shafts installed in it on bearings and able of rotation, blades with adjustable inclination angle are fixed on the shafts along a spiral line. The shafts are installed on the same rotation axis. The casing is presented as two mixing chambers separated by a sieve with shaft bearings being fixed in the sieve centre. The number of the sieve cells corresponds to the sufficient throughput capacity of the mixer. A screw auger preventing congestion of the mass supplied via the loading port, is installed on the shaft of the first mixing chamber under the loading port between the side wall and the blades. The screw auger length corresponds to the length of the lower part of the loading port.EFFECT: invention allows for better quality and homogeneity of the produced mix due to intensified mixing process, and for reduced power consumption.3 cl, 2 dwg |
