METHOD OF GEAR WHEEL LUBRICATION

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method of the gear wheel lubrication includes the running-in of the work surfaces of teethe of the toothed rim, with pressing to them by the lubricating element in form of the pinion with teeth made out of pressed lubricating material. During the running-in the pinion is provided with axial oscillating movements, and width of pinion teeth is made equal to sum of widths of the wheel teeth and double amplitude of oscillations.EFFECT: higher efficiency of lubrication.
