FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: amplifier is used in electrohydraulic follow-up drives with a backup, which are used in remote control systems, for example in a control system of control surfaces of highly-manoeuvrable aircrafts. An amplifier includes an electromechanical converter with two coils, a housing with nozzles and nozzle-damper throttles of the amplifier of the first stage, a throttling spool-type valve of the second stage and an induction pickup of position of the spool-type valve; with that, each of the coils of the electromechanical converter has two windings located one above another and connected in pairs, two spool-type valve position pickups are located coaxially to the spool-type valve on its different sides in bores of housing with a possibility of axial movement for alignment of an electrical zero of the pickup with the neutral position of the spool-type valve; with that, in the housing there are radial slots corresponding to radial threaded holes in the pickup, and into the radial threaded holes there installed are screws fixing the pickup after adjustment.EFFECT: amplifier provides maintenance of technical characteristics after failure of one electrical channel.3 cl, 2 dwg |
