FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a four-component composition for a protective and decorative coating, which contains a two-component priming coat and a finishing layer, each of the priming coat and the finishing layer contains a base on the basis of epoxy resins and a curing agent. The base of the priming coat contains an epoxy oligomer with the molecular weight of not more than 370, phenoxyresin with epoxyequivalent weight of not less than 3000, epoxidised castor oil, polymethyldiphenylsiloxane, monoethyl ethyleneglycol ether, nano-shelled titanium dioxide, water-free aluminium dioxide and microcalcite, with the application of modified polyamide as a solidifying agent for the priming coat. The base of the finishing layer contains melamine-formaldehyde resin K-421-02, acryl copolymer BMS-86, phenoxyresin with epoxyequivalent weight of not less than 3000, epoxidised castor oil, polymethyldiphenylsiloxane, monoethyl ethyleneglycol ether, glass microspheres, finished with binyltriethoxysilane, water-free aluminium dioxide, microcalcite and nano-shelled muscovite, with the application of the modified polyamide, with the ratio of the base and the curing agent in each layer constituting 10:1.EFFECT: obtaining the composition, which possesses a high degree of soaking, pore-filling, high mechanical strength, wear-resistance, higher resistance to an impact of water and ultraviolet radiation.7 cl, 4 tbl |
