According to the present invention, a CDI type water treatment apparatus comprises: a filter means having a first and a second filter unit having a water purifying mode which purifies raw water according to CDI type and discharges purified water, and a generating mode which generates an electrode; and a control means controlling the filter means. One of the first and the second filter unit is in the water purifying mode during a first time, and the other one is in the generating mode during a second time. Also, the control means discontinues the generating mode if the water purifying mode is discontinued in the middle of the first time, and performs a first control which flushes the filter unit in the generating mode with raw water during a third time. |
