Disclosed are a mobile communication terminal having multiple communication interfaces and a cooperative data communication method thereof. The mobile communication terminal according to an embodiment comprises: a mobile communication interface for performing data communications via a mobile communication network; one or more local area communication interfaces for constructing a local area ad-hoc network with each of one or more other mobile communication terminals and performing direct communications via the ad-hoc network; an integrated network resource management module and a mobile communication interface for controlling the operation of the mobile communication interface and the one or more local area communication interface; and a data relay module for transmitting data between the one or more local area communication interfaces and the integrated network resource management module. And the integrated network resource management module divides the data into first partial data and second partial data, controls the mobile communication interface to receive the first partial data and controls the one or more local area communication interfaces to receive the second partial data via the local area ad-hoc network.
