The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lithium absorbent using an aerosol vapor deposition method comprising: (a) a step of synthesizing a precursor powder satisfying chemical formula 1; and (b) a step of coating the surface of a base material with the precursor powder using the aerosol vapor deposition method. By directly coating a lithium manganese oxide powder using the aerosol vapor deposition method on various base materials, the present invention enables to minimize a decrease in a lithium recovery rate even if a long period of time has elapsed. In addition, the lithium absorbent of a large area is easy to manage, and enables to selectively react with a lithium ion. The lithium absorbent of a large area has a larger absorption area and is physically and chemically stable, and is reversibly usable. |
