<p>The present invention relates to a crushing apparatus of waste vinyl which crushes the waste vinyl with a constant size for recycling, comprising: a crushing chamber (10) having a crushing element inside, and crushing the waste vinyl; a motor (20) for driving the crushing element; and a power delivering element (30) installed between the crushing chamber (10) and the motor (20), and delivering the power from the motor (20) to the crushing element. The crushing element comprises: a chamber case (101) formed in a rectangular frame shape, and installing an inlet hopper (11) in an upper portion; a driving shaft (102) for receiving a driving force through the power delivering element (30), and rotated; a driven shaft (103) rotated by being interlinked with the driving shaft (102); rotary crushing blades (104) alternatively installed in the driving shaft (102) and the driven shaft (103) at regular intervals; spacers (105) installed among the rotary crushing blades (104); first guides (106) corresponding to the spaces (105); and second guides (107) corresponding to the rotary crushing blades (104). The present invention enables to improve productivity since the waste vinyl is quickly crushed, and to prevent a crushing performance reduction by preventing the waste vinyl from being attached to the rotary crushing blades.</p> |
