The present invention relates to a purifying method of horse oil comprising: a step of selecting a part where a fat is properly accumulated from slaughtered horse meat, removing blood and meat, washing the part, and vacuum-packing the part; a step of keeping vacuum-packed horse oil in a freezer; a step of passing a selection process which removes the blood and the meat part of the horse oil kept in the freezer; a step of vacuum-grinding and liquefying the selected horse oil at lower than or equal to 20°C; a step of removing oxygen after fully filling the liquefied horse oil in a dissolver, sealing the dissolver, dissolving the liquefied horse oil at 35 to 80°C, filtering the liquefied horse oil, and gaining primarily purified horse oil; a step of mixing a betacyclodextrin aqueous solution with 10% concentration in the primarily purified horse oil at a weight ratio of 1:1; a step of sealing the mixed primarily purified horse oil, and putting the primarily purified horse oil at 20 to 30°C for 12 to 24 hours; a step of melting the put primarily purified horse oil by boiling in water, and gaining secondarily purified horse oil; and a step of putting the secondarily purified horse oil in a container, and maturing the secondarily purified horse oil at 3 to 10°C for 24 hours. By providing the horse oil which is purified in a natural method in order to minimize damage to an active component of the horse oil and to remove a unique smell from the horse oil, the present invention enables to be used as a raw material for a cosmetic product with high functionality, high absorption, and high stability. |
