摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a battery charger of an electric car. The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing a primary coil unit and a secondary coil unit, which have an aluminum coil wound on each bobbin; a step of removing a coating of each end of the primary coil unit and the secondary coil unit, and performing a primary ultrasonic brazing to the end by using ultrasonic waves in order to fuse and activate brazing filler metal to each end of the coil units; a step of compression-coupling a terminal with the coil end undergone the primary ultrasonic brazing; a step of performing a secondary ultrasonic brazing to a terminal-coupled part where the terminal and the coil end are coupled to each other; and a step of the coating a rustproof membrane on a surface of the terminal-coupled part. According to the present invention, the aluminum coil is used in a transformer of the battery charger for an electric car, thereby reducing production costs. Also, the coil and the terminal may be coupled to each other by using an ultrasonic brazing method, thereby preventing a faulty in coupling between the aluminum coil and the terminal of a copper material. Furthermore, the rustproof membrane is formed on the terminal-coupled part where the coil and the terminal are coupled to each othe,r so oxidation and damage to the terminal-coupled part may be prevented, and strength of coupling between the aluminum coil and the terminal may be remarkably improved.</p>
