The present invention relates to a rubber hose cutting device stably and accurately cutting a rubber hose and minimizing a wasted rubber scrap amount. To this end, the present invention comprises: a hose mounting unit having a hose mounting groove where a cut rubber hose is mounted; a blade unit having a blade vertically moving to cut the rubber hose; a convey unit having a convey rod to vertically move the blade unit; a support frame guiding movement of the blade unit; and a holder unit holding the rubber hose when the rubber hose is cut.
