<p>The present invention relates to a siliceous-based cold hardiness permeability waterproof agent and a construction method thereof, more specifically, including: a powder portion; and a liquid portion. The powder portion comprises: 25 to 35 wt% of portland cement, 2 to 5 wt% of alumina cement, 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of a retarder, 55 to 66.79 wt% of silica, 2 to 5 wt% of re-emulsification type polymer, 0.2 to 0.3 wt% of a viscosity agent, and 4 to 10 wt% of diatomite. The liquid portion comprises: 33 to 38 wt% of acrylic liquefied resin, 8 to 10 wt% of colloid silica, 4 to 10 wt% of lithium silicate, 0.5 to 1 wt% of a preservative, 5 to 8 wt% of an antifreeze, and 36 to 46 wt% of a solvent. The liquid portion is not frozen at a low temperature of -5°C. After the liquid portion and the powder portion are mixed, the present invention maintains a paste state, and has an effect on a waterproof construction in winter due to a rapid curing after construction. In addition, the present invention enables to dramatically reduce construction costs by reducing period of construction since the waterproof construction in winter is possible.</p> |
