The present invention relates to a composition comprising a fermented solution of a wild peach as a main ingredient for alleviating cough and sputum and, more specifically, to a composition comprising a mixture of fermented solutions of a wild peach and the leaves thereof and an extract of fermented balloon flower roots for alleviating cough and sputum. The composition of natural substances according to the present invention has a improved efficacy due to the use of both the fruit and leaves of a wild peach, is easy to take and prepare because of the use of fermented balloon flower roots and has an excellent effect of alleviating cough and sputum.
