The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of natural powder seasoning, which manufactures natural powder seasonings by mixing ultrafine powders whose average particle is crushed to 600 to 800 mesh with use of a gas stream grinder, and a natural powder seasoning manufactured by the method and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a natural powder seasoning, which comprising manufacturing a natural powder seasoning by mixing shrimp, anchovy, kelp, mussel, bamboo leaf, Shiitake, garlic, ginger, Houttuynia cordata Thunb., onion powders and Salicornia herbacea powders, and a natural powder seasoning manufactured by the method where the manufactured natural powder seasoning is absorbed quickly in human body because the size of the powder seasoning is smaller than cell size, thereby enabling people to completely absorb nutrients included in the ingredients, and replacing or making up for chemical seasoning which are currently distributed. |
