The present invention relates to a system for sensing unlocking of an optical connector in an optical repeater. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for sensing unlocking of an optical connector in an optical repeater, wherein while sensing unlocking or locking of an optical connector, the system restricts an output of a donor unit and a remote unit in unlocking of an optical connector, thereby preventing spurious waves from radiating to a base station and an antenna. For the above purpose, the system of the present invention comprises: a signal generation unit sensing unlocking or locking of an optical connector of a donor unit and a remote unit; a recognition unit recognizing the unlocking or locking state of the optical connector of the donor unit and the remote unit based on a unlocked signal or a locked signal generated through the signal generation unit to transmit the recognized results to a control unit; and a control unit restricting an output of the donor unit and the remote unit based on the results recognized by the recognition unit or making a normal output maintained.
