Provided is a variable capacity swash plate type compressor reducing the manufacturing costs, in a compressor changing discharge capacity by using an actuator. In the compressor of the present invention, a ring groove is formed on an operator, and a ring-shaped member is formed on the ring groove. The ring-shaped member has a joint gap formed by first to third cutout parts, and the third cutout part is an opened aperture. In the compressor, the ring-shaped member moved in the ring groove based on difference in pressure of a control pressure chamber and a swash plate chamber. Therefore, pressure in the control pressure chamber is controlled by controlling flow of a coolant flowing from the control pressure chamber to the swash plate chamber. |
