The present invention relates to an expandable polystyrene resin composition, including a carbon nanotube with bulk density to perform good insulation performance in a relatively low density, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the expandable polystyrene resin composition includes 0.5-3 wt% of carbon nanotube; 0.0001-7 wt% of a blowing agent; and 97-99.4 wt% of a poly styrene resin.
