The present invention relates to a bar rice cake piece and a bar rice cake cutter having a new structure capable of preventing bar rice cake pieces from being adhered with each other. The rice cake bar piece produced by the present invention has a recess portion (11) and a ridge portion (12) formed in the front surface and in the back surface so that if rice cake bar pieces (10) are placed in a packing bag, the ridge portion (12) and the recess portion (11) of a bar rice cake piece (10) are contacted intersecting with each other and accordingly, an area of rice cake pieces (10) being contacted with each other is minimized. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage of preventing a rice cake piece (10), which is placed in a packing bag, from being adhered with each other. |
