<p>In a high speed WLAN communication method using a multi-rate aware partitioning and a cooperative transmission according to the present invention, an access point transmits internal transmission priority information, partition information, and transmission time slot information to identify a transmission time slot partition, and internal transmission priority to nodes, receives an uplink packet from any one node, determines whether there is downlink data to be downloaded with regard to the node in download queue for a standby operation corresponding to basic standby time, transmits the downlink packet of the downlink data to the node after the basic standby time is finished if there is the downlink data to be downloaded in the node, removes the downlink data from the download queue if a reception confirmation packet is received from the node after the download packet is transmitted, and transmits the reception confirmation packet to the node after the basic standby time is finished if there is not the downlink data to be transmitted to the node.</p> |
