Disclosed is a shooting training apparatus used for improving marksmanship replacing a live ammunition firing training. According to the present invention, the shooting training apparatus comprises: a percussion switch unit coupled to a gun; a laser irradiation unit wherein a laser is irradiated by operation of the percussion switch unit and coupled to a barrel of the gun; a target which is the target of the laser irradiated from the laser irradiation unit; a camera scanning an image when the laser is irradiated to the target; and a controller controlling the percussion switch unit and the laser irradiation unit and analyzing data scanned by the camera to display a shooting result in scores. The percussion switch unit is coupled to a trigger guard of the gun and is disposed in the rear side of a trigger of the gun.
