According to the present invention, a terminal for transmitting D2D information temporarily stores cluster head information in the same and directly transmits the temporarily stored information of the cluster head to an introduced new D2D terminal without request to the cluster head when the introduced new D2D terminal requests the information of the cluster head. The terminal includes: a cluster head communication unit which communicates with the cluster head; a D2D communication unit which communicates with the introduced new D2D terminal; a signal processing unit which is connected with the cluster head communication unit and the D2D communication unit and processes signals; and a storage unit which stores D2D setting information transmitted from the signal processing unit and provides the stored D2D setting information upon a request of the signal processing unit.
