The present invention provides a radar signal control apparatus including: a radar signal generator which generates a radar signal for short distance and a radar signal for long distance; a receiver which receives the radar signal reflected from a target; a target detector which detects the target by using the received radar signal and acquires target information; a traffic information collector which collects traffic information at a current location; and a radar signal controller which generates a control signal for generating one from the radar signal for short distance and the radar signal for long distance based on the target information and the traffic information.
