The present invention relates to a parser of a markup language and, more specifically, to an extension-XML parser for a universal embedded device, comprising: XML parsing module separating XML codes into elements to process the elements; and a SOAP/WSDL module analyzing and processing XML codes written according to SOAP or WSDL, wherein the XML parsing module comprises: a code separating module separating XML codes; an element storing module storing an element of the separated code; an event processing module processing an event when an event occurs in each separated element; and a node generating module generating and stratifying a node for the stored element and wherein various environments for processing XML codes are provided at a universal embedded device and the time and the space required for processing XML codes are saved.
