The present invention relates to a ventilation window which is installed in an outdoor unit room partitioned inside a building including an apartment and an office in order to discharge air or gas generated from an air conditioning system to the outside. To this purpose, the ventilation window can ventilate the outdoor fan unit room through manual ventilation or automatic ventilation by sensing the room temperature. The ventilation window comprises: a manual opening and closing means (20) which allows multiple louvers (2) installed in a window frame (1) to manually open or close a ventilation window through control of a manual handle (7) connected with one rotating link (3) by coupling individual rotating links (3) to a rotational shaft (4) where the multiple louvers (2) are placed and by interlocking the rotating links with an elevating board (5); and an automatic opening and closing means (30) which allows the louvers (2) to automatically open and close the ventilation window as a power transmission means (24) rotates a power storage means (23). Here, the position of the power transmission means (24) varies according to displacement of a shape memory spring (21) or a return spring (22), and the power transmission means (24) is driven by the shape memory spring (21) or the return spring (22) which are displaced in response to temperature in the outdoor unit room. |
