<p>The present invention relates to a high frequency heat treatment method of a shaft for a clutch mission automatically performing high frequency heat treatment to harden the surface of a shaft installed inside the clutch mission of a vehicle. According to the present invention, the high frequency heat treatment method of a shaft comprises: an input step of arranging the shaft to be heat treat in a line to enable a side surface of the shaft to be parallel to each other; a supply step of picking up the shaft to be moved and vertically rotating the shaft to be inserted into an insertion hole (22) of a rotation turn table (20); a sensing step of sensing whether or not the shaft exists in the insertion hole (22) of the rotation turn table(20); a high frequency heating, cooling, and tempering step of performing heat treatment with an inducer coil having a circular internal diameter with respect to the shaft on the rotation turn table (20) and cooling with a coolant after heat treatment and tempering with the inducer coil; and withdrawing step of withdrawing the shaft undergoing heat treatment, cooling, and tempering from the insertion hole (22) of the rotation turn table.</p> |
