22A compound represented by general formula (I 1) (where all of the symbols are as defined in the specification) has a powerful human S1P antagonist action as a result of the introduction of two cyclic groups particularly phenoxy groups at predetermined substitution positions of said compound. It is therefore possible to obtain a therapeutic agent for S1P mediated disease such as vasoconstriction related disease fibrosis respiratory disease and the like.
