The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for producing rapidly hardening concrete by mixing air with common concrete and adding a dissipative material and an early hardening mixed material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, air bubbles in a large amount to be removed during a process of producing rapidly hardening concrete are mixed with the early hardening mixed material and pre-mixed common concrete in order to form mixed concrete wherein the early hardening mixed material is uniformly dispersed in the common concrete by a ball bearing effect of the air bubbles. When the mixed concrete is discharged, a slump range of the rapidly hardening concrete, increased by a large amount of the air bubbles, is reduced to a slump range of the common concrete by dissipating excessive air bubbles, included in the mixed concrete, by high pressure air; and then a shorting process is performed on the rapidly hardening concrete. |
