According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to an apparatus for managing air conditioning capable of improving power usage effect (PUE) of a data center using sensor information inside and outside the data center. The apparatus comprises: a sensing unit sensing the temperature of an air discharged from server racks and sensing turbidity of a filter filtering fine dust from the external air to output sensing information with respect to the same; a power supply unit supplying operating power to an exhaust blower to discharge the air inside the data center to the outside and to the air supply blower to supply the external air to the inside of the data center; and a control unit controlling the power supply unit in accordance with the sensing information from the sensing unit to control movement of the exhaust blower and the air supply blower and determining and indicating the replacement time of the filter.
