The method involves performing cooking and pasteurization of contents of a receptacle (1) or a cup (11) by allowing the receptacle to reach temperature ranging between 90 and 115 degree Celsius in less than 10 minutes. The temperature of the receptacle is maintained at the temperature ranging between 90 and 115 degree Celsius during duration lower or equal to 10 minutes. The receptacle is filled with a part of an egg (2) i.e. hen egg, and the receptacle is closed by using a cover (3). The contents of the receptacle are cooled. An independent claim is also included for a pasteurized egg product. |
