The present invention relates to a hard coating film using a siloxane resin composition containing an epoxy group, and a producing method thereof. In particular, provided is a hard coating film having superior flexibility which cannot be obtained through existing coating compositions, and high surface hardness as well, by using a siloxane resin composition containing an epoxy group through a specific polymerization method, which is cationic polymerization and water heat treatment.
