The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing chicken breast powder and a health food or a diet food containing the same by freezing and drying a raw chicken breast in a vacuum state. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing chicken breast powder comprises: a stocking step; a blanching step for blanching to sterilize the stocked raw chicken breast and remove fishy smell of chicken, and grease of the stocked raw chicken breast; a pan inputting step for freezing and drying the blanched chicken breast; a rapid freezing step; a drying step; a crushing step for pulverizing a dried substance; a packaging step for sealing and packaging the dried substance; and a releasing step. The present invention has no fishy smell of chicken, and has no additional sterilized minor ingredients. |
