<p>The present disclosure relates to novel food composition comprising broccoli extracts aimed at the management of cardiovascular health. The present disclosure also provides a process of production of these heart-healthy food compositions and food products comprising broccoli extracts which inhibit human pancreatic lipase activity.</p>
