Provided is an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode on a substrate; a lower light emitting layer on the first electrode; a charge-generating light-emitting layer which is arranged on the lower light emitting layer, generates charges, and emits light; an electron injection delay layer on the charge-generating light-emitting layer; and a second electrode on the electron injection delay layer.
