The present invention relates to a composition comprising a chondrocyte-derived extracellular membrane (ECM) of an animal as an active ingredient for preventing post-surgical adhesion formation. More specifically, the ECM of an animal inhibits fibrosis and inflammation of a wound portion after a surgery of a strabismus patient to prevent post-surgical adhesion formation, thereby preventing complications caused by the adhesion of the wound portion after the surgery.
