摘要 <p>The inventive process is intended to control the alternating on/off switching of the heating in an electric furnace intended to thermoform automotive pieces with bilayer extruded materials with a variable percentage of wood fiber by means of a PLC, which is manufactured with infrared radiation resistances grouped in modules of 4 resistances, each module being controlled by a proportional integral derivative algorithm by the PLC, where the heat of the zones adjacent the zone to be controlled is used, so that the furnace is never used at more than 70% of its total capacity, this reducing the consumption of electric power that represents a severe problem in the thermoforming industry due to high costs.</p>
