PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate bleeding a pedal force simulator in vehicle production processes even if an ECU controlling a pedal force simulator valve and the like is arranged in an engine room.SOLUTION: Upon activation, an ECU 101 determines whether information stored therein is in a state of indicating an undelivered component of a vehicle. If the information is in the state of indicating the undelivered component of the vehicle, it is determined whether the ECU 101 satisfies conditions to be satisfied while the ECU 101 is activated (S3). This determination can be made by, for example, determining whether a brake pedal stroke sensor is connected to the ECU 101. |
