The engaging projecting portions 12a and 12b are caulked while engaged with the engaged recessed portions 11a and 11b, and configured so as to axially move in the engaged recessed portions 11a and 11b. At circumferential generally center portions of the washer 12 and the metal 11, a center engaging projecting portion 12a and a center engaged recessed portion 11a are formed, At both side parts separated from the center engaging projecting portion 12a and the center engaged recessed portion 11a, side engaging projecting portions 12b and side engaged recessed portions 11b are respectively formed. The groove depth in the axial direction of the center engaged recessed portion 11a is formed to be shallower than the groove depth in the axial direction of the side engaged recessed portions 11b. |
